About the Role

This is a hybrid position that offers the opportunity to work from our Whitehorse office with occasional travel required. You will be responsible for mentoring and guiding staff, driving growth and innovation, and leading impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and guide staff in our Whitehouse office, playing a key role in shaping the next generation of environmental leaders.
  • Drive growth and innovation by generating new business opportunities and nurturing strong client relationships.
  • Lead projects, overseeing budget and schedule management, client interactions, safety planning, and technical leadership.
  • Create compelling work plans and reports, crafting technical proposals and translating complex information into clear communications.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team of environmental scientists and engineers to tackle challenges and create solutions.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in an environmental discipline, such as biology, environmental science, geography, earth science, or soil/reclamation science.
  • 10+ years of consulting experience and proven project management expertise.
  • Strong understanding of Northern markets, key client sectors, and regulatory processes.
  • Leadership and collaboration skills, guiding teams to success while fostering a cooperative work environment.
  • Experience working with local Indigenous governments and communities.
  • A valid driver's license.
