Food Service Manager

Headquarters Restaurant & Bar is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and effective service.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
- Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory levels and minimize waste.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management, providing insights into sales, customer feedback, and operational performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Physically demanding with extended periods of standing.
