**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
* Develop and implement visual merchandising displays to drive sales and customer engagement
* Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
* Provide coaching and feedback to sales associates to improve their skills and performance
