We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Professional Trainee to join our team at HUB International Canada West ULC (Canada West). As a Personal Insurance Executive Trainee, you will play a key role in providing expert advice and solutions to our clients, utilizing our in-house Personal Lines program, High Value programs, special risk, and regular market offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Work closely with our team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our client base.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our clients receive the best possible advice and service.
- Collaborate with our underwriting team to ensure accurate and timely processing of client applications.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, responding promptly to their inquiries and concerns.
- Level 2 General Insurance License
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a PL producer or account manager
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Results-driven and goal-oriented, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- A competitive salary range of $42,400.00 to $50,000.00, depending on experience and location
