Job Summary

The Sales Associate will play a key role in supporting the Store Leadership Team to achieve all company goals and initiatives. This includes providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and utilizing effective selling techniques to drive sales and meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Effectively communicate the value and quality of our merchandise, highlighting current promotions and offering solutions for out-of-stock items
  • Exercise sound judgment in addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring accurate information is provided to customers
  • Support and maintain a neat, clean, and organized stockroom, adhering to safety requirements and company standards
  • Perform daily housekeeping duties to company standard, ensuring a clean and safe environment for customers and associates
  • Guarantee company assets by ensuring adherence to all Loss Prevention procedures
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail experience preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
Skills and Behaviors
  • Excellent customer engagement and communication skills
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including weekends, overnights, evenings, and call-in shifts
Compensation

$16.75 - $19.00 Per Hour
