About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KP Group Ventures Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food. This includes ensuring that all staff members are aware of their duties and responsibilities, and that they are performing their tasks to the highest standard.

Train Staff in Job Duties

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. This includes providing guidance and support to new staff members, and ensuring that all staff members are aware of the company's policies and procedures.

Estimate Ingredients and Supplies

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for estimating the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation. This includes ordering supplies and managing inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.

Ensure Quality Control

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. This includes monitoring food preparation and presentation, and taking corrective action when necessary to ensure that our customers receive the highest quality food and service.
