Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KP Group Ventures Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation
The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
Train Staff in Job DutiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all staff are equipped to provide excellent service.
Estimate Ingredients and SuppliesThe Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for estimating the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet demand.
Maintain Quality Control StandardsThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Manage Records and ReportsThe Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
Prepare Food Order SummariesThe successful candidate will be responsible for preparing food order summaries for the chef, ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete.
Supervise Tray AssemblyThe Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and checking the assembly of trays, ensuring that all trays are prepared to the highest standards.
Establish Work SchedulesThe successful candidate will be responsible for establishing work schedules, ensuring that all staff are scheduled to work at the most efficient times.
Requirements- 2+ Years of Experience
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role, with a proven track record of success.
Permanent EmploymentThe Food Service Supervisor will be employed on a permanent basis, with a competitive salary and benefits package.
English Language ProficiencyThe successful candidate will be fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
30-40 Hours per WeekThe Food Service Supervisor will work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.
