Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KFC Moosomin. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food and service standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and safe food handling practices.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring accurate budgeting and cost control.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in food service management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
