Job Title: Hotel Clerk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Fox Creek Limited Partnership o/a Comfort Inn and Suites. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our front desk and ensuring exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Assist guests with special needs and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Requisition materials and supplies, and maintain the operation of computer systems and equipment.
  • Train and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Co-ordinate and review work, ensuring high standards of quality and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel or related industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Judgement and ability to work independently.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
Work Setting:

This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
