Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Municipal Solutions Account Executive to spearhead the growth and outreach of our food waste diversion initiatives within municipal sectors across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management:
    Build and nurture strong partnerships with key stakeholders in municipal governments, understanding their unique needs and aligning our solutions with their waste management objectives.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy:
    Conduct comprehensive market analysis to uncover new opportunities for program expansion. Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to penetrate municipal markets effectively.
  • Project Coordination:
    Oversee cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth implementation of programs and successful project delivery. Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budgetary constraints.
  • Technical Knowledge and Advocacy:
    Exhibit a thorough understanding of waste management technologies and sustainability practices, advocating for environmentally responsible solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    Track and evaluate program performance metrics, providing insights and updates to internal teams and municipal partners. Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in Business, Environmental Studies, or a related field is required. A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in account management, sales, or project management within the environmental services sector is preferred. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for sustainability.
