Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced General Manager of Beverage to lead our beverage division. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of human resource management, including hiring, promoting, performance management, coaching, and discharging within company policy and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and recommend an operations budget to Corporate Management and monitor deviations.
- Plan and develop policy and procedures and ensure adherence.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors.
- Develop acquisition and expansion strategies.
- Comply and enforce all Nutrien and Industry regulatory and EH&S standards.
- Agricultural or Commerce-based degree or equivalent experience of 5 years.
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of demonstrated successful experience in farm supply marketing, with three (3) years in management.
- Well-rounded knowledge of agricultural products and practices.
- Advanced business skills of branch management.
- Thorough understanding of fertilizer and agricultural chemical usage and practices.
- Understanding of the agricultural demands and practices of the division.
- Manage during 'crisis situations' while maintaining professional behavior.
Requirements:
- Agricultural or Commerce-based degree or equivalent experience of 5 years.
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of demonstrated successful experience in farm supply marketing, with three (3) years in management.
- Well-rounded knowledge of agricultural products and practices.
- Advanced business skills of branch management.
- Thorough understanding of fertilizer and agricultural chemical usage and practices.
- Understanding of the agricultural demands and practices of the division.
