At LifeWorks, we're empowering every person to live their healthiest life. As a Sales Director, Mid Market, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and success in our mid-market sector. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention, you'll lead a high-performing sales team to deliver innovative outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a market-leading business plan to drive growth and achieve financial targets.
  • Build and lead a world-class sales team through talent management, coaching, and inspirational leadership.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through real and long-standing relationships.
  • Maintain and develop key alliances with strategic partners and enabling organizations.
  • Act as a strong ambassador for LifeWorks, upholding our values and behaviors.
What We're Looking For:
  • 10+ years of successful sales experience in B2B.
  • 5+ years of experience leading high-performance sales teams.
  • Developed C-suite relationships in the mid-market sector, with a deep knowledge of the Canadian market.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a passion for customers, sales process, and success.
  • Ability to lead strategies, projects, or programs to success, with a deep understanding of industry-specific solutions.
  • Collaborative and effective communicator across teams.
  • Ownership and management of relationships with strategic external partners.
