Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of Sales Representatives to ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded.
- Lead, mentor, and nurture the sales team to foster professional growth.
- Gain comprehensive insights into business operations, profitability, pricing structures, service offerings, market segments, and sales channels.
- Formulate and implement strategic sales growth plans for both existing and new revenue streams.
