Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations at Safai Maintenance. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
Work Environment
  • Relocation costs will be covered by the employer
  • Willingness to relocate is required
  • Work is conducted in a cleaning service company setting
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and train cleaning personnel
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or equipment replacement
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties as needed
  • Establish and manage work schedules
Supervision

Oversee working groups to ensure effective operations.
