- Communicate schedules to team members and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Supervise Team Members
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Work Setting
- Work in a fast-paced commercial cleaning environment with multiple locations.
- Work Schedule
- Work a regular schedule of 35-40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as needed.
- Work Language
- English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role.
