Job Title: Automation IT Manager

Food Cycle Science Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Automation IT Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our IT operations, including network, hardware, and software across both Windows and Mac platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize IT operations, including network, hardware, and software across both Windows and Mac platforms.
  • Mentor and lead the IT team, ensuring a high level of performance and professional development.
  • Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business goals, supporting scalability and growth.
  • Ensure robust cybersecurity measures are in place to protect systems and data.
  • Manage IT budgets, including ERP implementation costs and ongoing operations.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring service delivery meets business requirements.
  • Lead IT projects, ensuring timely execution, within scope and budget.
  • Recommend and oversee network, server, and software upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure and leading IT teams.
  • Strong leadership in IT management, with hands-on experience implementing ERP systems.
  • Proven project management skills, capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity, and data privacy regulations.
  • Experience managing IT budgets and optimizing costs.
  • Ability to document processes, track performance, and deliver IT solutions that align with business needs.
  • Advanced knowledge of database maintenance, network management, and system security.
  • Ability to stay current with technological trends and recommend relevant IT investments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Zoom, and similar platforms.
