Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Security Analyst to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our SAP S4 CoE, you will be responsible for delivering and managing SAP services, ensuring compliance with regulations, laws, and BRP policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities to improve team operations and support compliance processes.
  • Support the execution of activities related to SAP S4 solution compliance, security, and data privacy.
  • Monitor and remediate potential or actual risks in the S4 solution.
  • Facilitate responses to compliance, security, and data privacy-related requests and audits.
  • Support the remediation of identified issues and incidents in the S4 solution.
  • Deliver briefings and training on compliance and security-related topics.
  • Support the creation, modification, and deletion of security roles and FireFighter IDs.
  • Review, remediate, and approve FFID logs and ITGCs.
  • Generate compliance reports, audit trails, and logs as required.
  • Assist in internal and external audits related to SAP S4 compliance and data protection.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Information Technology, Compliance, or Data Privacy.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance regulations, data privacy laws, ITGC standards, and SOX requirements.
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or other relevant certifications.
  • Proficiency in SAP GRC and Security, with certification highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with SAP SolMan and ServiceNow highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with ITIL/ITSM beneficial.
