We are seeking a Contracts Manager for our client, a reputable Electrical Contractor specializing in commercial and industrial electrical installation projects.

Role Summary
Due to a sustained influx of high-value contracts, our client is looking for a seasoned Contracts Manager to enhance their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in the electrical installation sector, particularly within commercial and industrial environments.

  • Oversee multiple contracts ranging from £20,000 to £3 million, focusing on electrical installations in various facilities.
  • Directly manage on-site teams across diverse disciplines, including electrical systems, CCTV, Access Control, and Lightning Protection.
  • Provide technical assistance to clients and on-site personnel.
  • Maintain and nurture client relationships, delivering comprehensive reports throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Conduct site visits for both new and existing clients to perform surveys and estimate additional work.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:

  • A strong foundation in the electrical industry, particularly in commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Previous hands-on experience as a qualified Electrician.
  • Familiarity with the initial survey and design phases of electrical installation projects.
  • Experience in a supervisory role, with a solid understanding of electrical reporting standards.
