Position Overview

The Retail Operations Supervisor at Taylor Convenience plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our store. This position requires a strong leader who can manage a team effectively while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to sales associates and oversee their performance.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Authorize the return of products as per company policy.
  • Create and manage employee work schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Compile and analyze reports related to sales performance, inventory management, and staffing issues.
  • Maintain organized inventory and ensure product availability.
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of team members.
