Retail Store Manager

At NYALKARAN CORPORATION, we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail stores.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training
- Order merchandise and authorize returns
- Establish work schedules and prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service. If you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and are able to work effectively in a team, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Requirements:- 3-4 years of experience in retail sales or management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Basic computer skills, including MS Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities
