Retail Store Manager

At Taylor Convenience, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that stockroom is well-organized.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, ensuring that customers receive excellent service and support.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
