The British Columbia Institute of Technology is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Instructor in Urban Engineering to become part of our academic community. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in civil engineering, particularly in urban infrastructure. In addition to delivering lectures in this specialty, the successful applicant will have expertise in project management and soil mechanics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver courses in urban engineering
  • Support instruction in additional civil engineering subjects

Qualifications:

  • Registered Professional Engineer
  • Advanced degree in civil engineering
  • At least four years of relevant professional experience
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software tools
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Prior teaching experience is preferred
