As an RPN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing high-quality nursing care and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized nursing care to each resident, addressing their individual needs and promoting their comfort and dignity.
  • Maintain meticulous records of nursing observations, procedures, and interventions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that reflect the current needs and goals of each resident.
  • Foster open communication and build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues, creating a supportive and collaborative environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current certificate of registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario is required.
  • Experience in a long-term care setting is preferred, but not essential.
  • Must be up to date with the Covid 19 vaccine.
