    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
    • Prepare and process documents, reports, and other materials
    • Provide general administrative support to staff members

    • Respond to incoming and outgoing correspondence

    • Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
    • Ensure the office is clean and organized

    • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
    • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other office software
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment with minimal supervision.
