Hotel Operations Supervisor

The Hotel Operations Supervisor at Dvelop Enterprises plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our hospitality services. This position requires a dedicated individual who can effectively manage a team and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.
Educational Requirements- No formal degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Located in a rural setting.
- Focus on hotel, motel, and resort operations.
- Coordinate activities with various departments to enhance operational efficiency.
- Establish and oversee work schedules and procedures.
- Perform duties similar to those of the team members being supervised.
- Address work-related issues, offering technical guidance and suggesting improvements for productivity and quality.
- Assist guests with special requirements to ensure their comfort.
- Assign, review, and manage work tasks among team members.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company standards.
- Ensure the functionality of computer systems and equipment, arranging repairs as necessary to maintain service continuity.
- Order materials and supplies to support daily operations.
Oversee a team of 3-4 individuals.
Experience RequirementsMinimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
Support for Newcomers and RefugeesEncourage the recruitment of newcomers and refugees who have been affected by conflicts or natural disasters.
