Job Summary:

The Home Depot Canada is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Pro Account Sales Associate to join our team. As a Pro Account Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our Pro customers, driving sales, and identifying solutions using our full product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with commercial customers to drive sales and assess their ongoing needs.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our Pro customer base.
  • Stay up-to-date on marketplace dynamics, including new suppliers and products, and communicate changes to our Pro customers.
  • Provide quotes and track accounts to ensure accurate Pro Account records.
  • Achieve and exceed sales and credit goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods of time.
  • Previous sales, retail, or home improvement industry experience is an asset.
