As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business in the contractors/Pro industry by driving sales through hunting potential clients, cultivating new accounts, and maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new potential clients: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
  • Nurture existing relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, including regular job site visits.
  • Achieve sales targets: Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Promote Value Proposition: Effectively communicate the value of our products and services to each customer, growing Share of Wallet with a high close rate.
  • Provide expert advice: Offer accurate information on our products and services, including price and delivery quotation, sourcing new or unusual products, and completing material estimates as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with the internal team to track prospects, quotes, quantity estimation, and orders to ensure efficient sales cycle management.
  • Manage credit and accounts: Work with the credit department to follow up on overdue accounts and arrange special payment terms as approved by the Credit Administrator.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service orientation: Build trust-based relationships with clients.
  • General knowledge of the multi-family construction and property management verticals: Mandatory.
  • Strong sales acumen: Achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Experience in customer outreach and cold calling: Essential.
  • Ability to work independently: Manage time and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer tools and sales management software: Required.
  • Valid driver's license: Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
