Job Title: Human Resources Vice-President

Kansha Mod. Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Vice-President to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Vice-President will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of organizational policies and programs, as well as overseeing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, and executive staff, and delegate authority and create working conditions
  • Manage events and conduct performance reviews
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to represent the organization in a professional manner
