Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced HR Director

We are thrilled to partner with our client in their search for an exceptional Human Resources Director to join the team at Executrade Consultants Ltd.

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions
  • Develop and lead the overall HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals while empowering and managing a team of HR professionals.
  • Manage the overall recruitment process for field and office staff – must be comfortable getting involved in the day-to-day recruitment needs as required.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor compliance to company policies; Develop and lead the employee performance appraisal system.
  • Continuously assess training needs and monitor training programs.
  • Other HR-related duties as assigned.

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in an HR Manager/Director role (preferably in the oil & gas sector). Post-secondary diploma/degree in Human Resources highly preferred. ADP Software experience an asset. Ability to develop and monitor overall HR Strategies and systems for the organization. Must have experience leading a team of HR professionals. Demonstrable experience with human resource metrics along with knowledge of HR systems and databases. Advanced understanding and strong knowledge of Alberta Employment Standards, Alberta Labour Laws and HR best practices.
