About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Allwood Quality Kitchens Ltd. as a Warehouse Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of our warehouse.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on warehouse operations and performance.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery in the warehouse.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Team Leadership: Train workers in duties and policies, conduct performance reviews, and co-ordinate, assign, and review work.
  • Operational Logistics: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of our warehouse, including establishing work schedules and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, organized, and a team player.
