This role is designed to shape the future while addressing the foundational needs that provide immediate value to the Kitchen & Bath North America (KBNA) business unit.
To achieve these objectives, we seek an IT professional for a unique and highly influential global role. As a key leadership position within the KBNA business, the Supply Chain IT Solutions Leader will report to the Director of IT, Supply Chain & Operations, collaborating with business stakeholders and IT resources to drive capabilities enabled by technology. This role works closely with the Director - Supply Chain, KBNA, their team, and the IT organization to develop and align a technology strategy and a dynamic roadmap. The role is responsible for defining and leading resources to translate strategy into capabilities and their enabling technologies. Furthermore, this position requires advocacy for both business and IT during the execution of the roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader, strategic thinker, business advocate, and change agent, capable of building credibility and influence at all organizational levels. The ability to quickly grasp opportunities within the North America Business, approach from a capability and end-to-end perspective, create an inspiring vision and roadmap, and lead an organization to realize that vision is crucial for success. This role will oversee programs of strategic importance, offering significant senior-level visibility and career advancement opportunities for the right candidate.
The incumbent will develop and align a market-relevant technology strategy and a dynamic implementation roadmap that is well-synchronized with global strategies, effectively leveraging a hybrid global/local delivery model. Given the focus of this position, the candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of IT best practices and technology solutions. Extensive experience in leading IT initiatives and serving as the Business Relations manager for large, global enterprises is essential, along with demonstrated expertise in value delivery, critical thinking, stakeholder management, negotiation & influencing, design thinking, business acumen, and domain knowledge. This role necessitates the ability to facilitate and conduct design thinking workshops to encourage diverse perspectives, innovation, and alignment on strategic initiatives and business priorities, resulting in actionable plans with defined execution goals.
Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field required; a Master's degree or MBA is desirable.
- 10+ years of relevant experience; experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus.
- Proven track record of collaborating with business stakeholders and managing multiple complex transformation projects.
- Experience in leading and working within large teams.
- Proficiency in various aspects of technology: analysis, project management, systems development, change management, business process improvement, etc.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences on business and technology-related topics – capable of storytelling and simplifying complex concepts.
- This position will require travel across various locations.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
The salary range for this position is $129,150 - $165,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by various factors including the candidate's experience, education, and work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
