About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Tile Setter to join our team at INSULATION MASTERS INC. As a Tile Setter, you will be responsible for installing ceramic tiles in various settings, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install ceramic tiles in residential and commercial settings, following established guidelines and safety protocols.
  • Measure and mark surfaces to ensure accurate tile placement.
  • Apply adhesive and lay tiles, using hand tools and power equipment as needed.
  • Cut and shape tiles to fit around obstructions and edges.
  • Grout and seal tiles to achieve a professional finish.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Work Environment

As a Tile Setter, you will work in a variety of settings, including construction sites, warehouses, and office buildings. You will be exposed to dust, odors, and noise, and will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in tile setting or a related field.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy loads (up to 50 lbs).
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and work with precision.
