Job Title: Tile Setter

CG Eagle Construction inc is seeking a skilled Tile Setter to join our team. As a Tile Setter, you will be responsible for preparing, measuring, and marking surfaces to be covered with tiles, mixing and applying adhesives, and setting tiles in place.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces for tile installation, ensuring they are clean, dry, and free of debris.
  • Mix and apply adhesives, mortars, and other materials as required.
  • Set tiles in place, using hand tools and equipment to ensure proper alignment and spacing.
  • Apply pressure to affix tiles to the base, ensuring a secure and even bond.
  • Align and straighten tiles to ensure a professional finish.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in tile setting or a related field.
  • Ability to work outdoors and in various locations.
  • Physically demanding work environment, requiring heavy lifting, bending, and repetitive tasks.
