Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Greenhouse Supervisor to join our team at KA Labour Contractors Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and directing grounds maintenance, organizing and directing construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls, and managing and supervising landscape construction work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and Direct Grounds Maintenance: Develop and implement effective grounds maintenance strategies to ensure the upkeep of our properties.
  • Organize and Direct Construction: Oversee the construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and other landscape features to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Manage and Supervise Landscape Construction Work: Lead a team of landscape construction workers to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects.
  • Requisition and Order Materials: Procure necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to support landscape construction projects.
  • Establish Work Schedules and Procedures: Develop and implement efficient work schedules and procedures to ensure smooth project execution.
Supervision and Team Management
  • Supervise a Team of 5-10 People: Lead and manage a team of landscape construction workers to achieve project goals and objectives.

  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Work Under Pressure: Manage stress and pressure while working on multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Combination of Sitting, Standing, Walking: Perform a variety of physical tasks, including sitting, standing, and walking, to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Bending, Crouching, Kneeling: Perform physical tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling to ensure effective project execution.
