About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Alpha Bravo Charlie Maintenance Ltd. as a key member of our grounds maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of grounds maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Grounds Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive grounds maintenance plans to ensure the upkeep of outdoor spaces.
  • Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Material Procurement: Source and procure materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for grounds maintenance operations.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure high-quality workmanship and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and a culture of excellence.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding with manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
