Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Alberta Ltd. O/A Sand Castle Steakhouse. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and bar.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience for our guests.
  • Upsell and promote menu items, specials, and promotions to increase sales and revenue.
  • Process payments and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer customer questions and make recommendations.
Requirements
  • Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Must be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for long periods of time.
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
