Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Foster meaningful relationships with each client to ensure a personalized and exceptional shopping experience.
  • Lead a High-Performing Team: Coach, train, and develop store staff to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee store operations, business development, client relations, and community outreach to promote the store's reputation and sales.
  • Drive Sales and Revenue: Achieve or exceed sales targets continuously by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest luxury retail trends and best practices to ensure the store remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of ten (10) years of retail sales experience, with a focus on luxury retail and/or jewelry sales.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff.
  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or Marketing.
  • Technical Skills: Functional knowledge of the MS Office suite.
