About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HVAC Installer to join our team at Reliance Comfort Limited Partnership o/a Reliance Home Comfort. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
  • Ensure the safe operation of all new installations and provide customers with proper care and maintenance instructions.
  • Work collaboratively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
  • Gas B ticket and Class 5 Driver's License required.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
