About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Phoenix Horizon Investments Corp. as a support role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including opening and distributing mail, preparing meeting minutes, and scheduling appointments.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business operations.
  • Office Operations: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and arrange travel itineraries as needed.
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general information about the company.
  • Document Preparation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
