About the Role
As a Strategic Planning Director at Publicis Groupe, you will be responsible for leading the strategic planning process to arrive at powerful brand ideas. This involves developing a deep understanding of the market and competitive factors, cultural trends, and consumer behavior to provide meaningful insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic thinking on integrated campaigns to drive business growth and brand awareness.
- Create compelling consumer profiles that provide actionable insights into consumer behaviors, attitudes, lifestyle, and usage.
- Develop and lead creative briefs that inspire and guide creative teams.
- Collaborate with creatives and agency partners to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.
- Conduct in-depth scouting into cultural trends, channel opportunities, and competitive activity to distill actionable implications and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging insight tools, media technology, channels, and terminology to drive strategic planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creatives and agency partners to drive collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6-8 years of strategic planning experience with a proven track record of transformational, modern marketing work that has grown clients' business.
- Deep integrated planning experience with an emphasis on storytelling.
- Strong reputation for relationships with creative and account leaders and/or teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A passion for the world outside our walls as well as within them.
