Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff
Lead and manage a team of cooks, kitchen helpers, and other staff members to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Train and Develop StaffProvide on-the-job training and coaching to help staff members develop their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesOversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have what we need to operate effectively.
Ensure Quality ControlMonitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service to ensure that our customers have a positive experience.
Manage Schedules and ReportsDevelop and manage schedules for staff members, and prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key metrics.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a food service or restaurant management role
