Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Myrt's Family Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food and beverage servers, food service counter attendants, and food preparers.
Responsibilities- Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient food preparation and service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including conducting regular safety checks and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
