CompuCom Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Field Services Manager to oversee the delivery of technical services to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Field Technicians and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the performance of Field Technicians to ensure that service level agreements are met.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals.
- Schedule projects and manage resources to meet client requirements.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback to leadership on the performance of assigned staff and make recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in budget development and financial planning for the Field Services team.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on all Service Management activities and operations.
- Manage personnel and discipline issues, including hiring, terminations, and performance evaluations.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of related work experience and a Bachelor's degree, technical training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous management experience is desirable.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills required.
