  • Program Development: Design and implement engaging fitness programs for individuals and groups, incorporating a range of athletic and sports activities.
  • Instruction and Demonstration: Demonstrate and instruct various athletic, fitness, and sports techniques to clients, ensuring a safe and effective learning environment.
  • Event Coordination: Assist with the coordination of recreational, sports, and fitness events, including setup, execution, and teardown.
  • Leadership and Guidance: Lead groups and individuals in recreational or leisure programs, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive experience.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair sports equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition for use.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of program participation, client progress, and equipment maintenance.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, monitoring recreational, sports, or fitness activities to prevent accidents and provide emergency assistance when required.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
