The RoleWe are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to support our growth.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including social media and professional networks.
- Develop and implement sourcing plans to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and candidates.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful recruitment and sourcing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using social media and professional networks for recruitment purposes.
