The Environmental Specialist will be instrumental in the company's growth trajectory within Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute tasks related to water and wastewater initiatives in Ontario, focusing primarily on municipal projects. Conduct investigations, troubleshoot operations, analyze processes, assess technologies, and prepare technical documentation. Undertake responsibilities for process, mechanical, and hydraulic design while supporting the construction of water and wastewater facilities. Collaborate with the provincial Team Leader and the Sales and Marketing departments to contribute to proposal development. Work within multidisciplinary teams to gather, analyze, and compile technical data for projects and proposals. Provide mentorship and support to fellow team members, including those in different offices. Strive to cultivate and maintain robust working relationships with clients and other key stakeholders. Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. A Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license is advantageous; EIT is preferred. At least 3 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering processes, with significant exposure to the Ontario market. Proven experience in conducting technical, process, and design activities for water projects, along with preparing technical documentation. Experience in direct client engagement in a professional and consultative capacity, with familiarity in business development activities such as proposal scope and resource planning. Demonstrated ability to work within cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, exhibiting a professional demeanor. Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office and project management software. Highly organized with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to ensure project timelines and deliverables are achieved. A valid Passport and the capability to travel internationally when necessary. Benefits:
