Job Profile Summary

PURPOSE OF JOB

Supervise the maintenance of the resort's rooms and common areas in accordance with Club Med's standards and health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Housekeeper in ensuring the cleanliness and quality of rooms and common areas
  • Report any malfunctions or issues to the maintenance department
  • Anticipate and respond to the needs of the resort's guests
  • Supervise a team of maintenance staff (30-50 employees)
  • Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed
  • Ensure compliance with Club Med's quality standards and health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Discreet and organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to provide personalized service to guests
  • Knowledge of Club Med's high-quality standards and health and safety regulations
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
