About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Sasagiu Rapids Lodge. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Clean and maintain the kitchen and work areas to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
Work Environment and Requirements
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and working under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Physical Capabilities: Demonstrate dependability, organization, and reliability in your work, with a strong team player attitude.
  • Language and Hours: Fluency in English is required, with a commitment to working 32 hours per week.
