About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Sasagiu Rapids Lodge. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, taking into account their dietary requirements.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for our guests and staff.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, organized, reliability, and team player.
