This individual will oversee the implementation of our innovative solutions for clients across North America.

As a frontrunner in the 3D metrology industry, InnovMetric has built a solid reputation over the years. Our digital solutions are currently utilized by over 20,400 clients, including the top 100 global manufacturers. Our offerings are in line with the principles of Industry 4.0, focusing on the digital transformation of manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of solution architects in collaboration with the sales department to analyze client processes and determine the most suitable solutions.
- Oversee project managers who are responsible for the seamless deployment of our solutions.
- Coordinate efforts with InnovMetric's development team to ensure effective collaboration.
- Work closely with the technical expertise team to maximize resource utilization for enterprise solution deployment.
- Ensure the optimal performance of PolyWorks|DataLoop while managing user satisfaction.
- Develop dashboards to monitor deployment activities.
- Enhance processes to accommodate various implementation methods.
- Encourage continuous skill development among team members.
- Assist international colleagues with their solution deployment initiatives.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in deploying SaaS-based software solutions.
- Relevant experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
- Black Belt certification is a valuable asset.
Note: Proficiency in English is essential, as most interactions with clients and colleagues will be conducted in this language.
